list_domain - include other registrars?

I'm using list_domain API, but it's not retrieving domains I've uploaded to Dynadot which are with other registrars.
Is it the intention that this API operation return these?
If not, how else could I retrieve these?

Thank you very much for your inquiry.

The API “list_domain” command can be used to retrieve your domains as longs they are registered at Dynadot.
Unfortunately, our API cannot be used to retrieve any kind of information from third-party services or Registrars since they are independent entities.
