How do I rename the email address under my free Email plan?

You can rename the email address associated with your free Email plan from within your Email account. Please follow these instructions:
  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Emails" in the left-side menu.
  3. Click on the "Sign In" link on the right-side of the Email plan. A new page should load in a new browser window.
  4. Click on the "Settings" gear on the left to open up your mailbox settings.
  5. Find the "Modify Mailbox" section and edit your email address name.
  6. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes.
Note:
  • The maximum length of an email address is 25 characters.
  • The only characters you can use in the email address are [a-z, 0-9, -, _, .].
  • The first character of the mailbox cannot be a number or "-, _, .".
