have wordpress/ubuntu installed and for the life of me cannot access ftp.
I bought x theme for wordpress and gives me the php.ini max level reached. So have read I need to ssh the theme in manually.
Am using coffee cup direct ftp, and get this error "There was a problem connecting to your host or proxy. Please check your server settings and try again. If you are sure you have entered the correct information, please contact your network administrator or the server administrator. [7] Additional information: couldn't connect to host." when entering in the login info that was emailed to me.
please lend a hand would like to get going on x theme.
