Dynadot takes all abuse complaints seriously, and we will make every effort to investigate each complaint submitted to us. Due to the volume of complaints, we may only respond back if we require more information from you.
Upon receiving a valid and complete complaint, an investigation will be opened and tracked by Dynadot's customer service representatives and, if necessary, action shall be taken against the account perpetuating the abuse. Listed below is a general outline of what information we require in order to process your complaint. Failure to submit required evidence needed to investigate your complaint may result in delays. Please be thorough when you submit your complaint to us.
