How do I automatically pay for Expired Domain Auction and Backorder orders?
Updated: 2025/07/30Viewed times: 24607
Congrats on winning your Expired Domain Auction or Backorder! To enable autopay for your expired auction or backorder auction orders, please follow the steps below:
Select "Payments" from the left-side menu bar and click "Marketplace Default Payment".
Set "Turn autopay on?" to "Yes."
Select your preferred payment method.
Click on the "Save" button at the top right corner to save your changes.
NOTE:
The Primary Payment Method is account balance; auto-payment will not go through unless you have enough account balance in your preferred currency to pay for your order. Prepay into your account to solve this problem.
You can choose to pay with credit card for currencies except CNY and IDR if you have already added a credit card.
You can choose to set a First Backup and Second Backup payment method in case there is an issue with the Primary or First Backup payment option.
You cannot select different autopay methods for expired auctions and backorders.
The payment method you choose for Expired Domain Auction and Backorder auto-pay orders is no longer the same payment method used for domain auto-renewals.
Auto-pay setting will be applied to future Expired Auction and Backorder Auction orders. For any existing pending orders in your Dynadot account, please complete the payment manually within your account here.
