If you no longer wish to keep your .RO domain and want to delete it before its expiration date, you must request its cancellation directly through the .RO registry (RoTLD). Please note that only the domain owner can initiate this process, and Dynadot is unable to cancel .RO domains on behalf of customers.
To cancel your .RO registration, please follow these steps:
Tip: You can change the language to English using the drop-down at the top right corner of the page.
Select the correct form depending on whether the domain registrant is listed as a company or a person.
Additional documentation may be required (such as a company registration certificate and/or a copy of a personal ID).
Fill out the required fileds and then submit your request.
Once your request is accepted by the .RO registry, the domain will be suspended and scheduled for deletion after 60 days. After deletion, the domain will become available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTE: This process is specifically for deleting your .RO domain before its expiration date as our standard deletion method does not apply.
