How do I unlink my PayPal account from my Dynadot account?

If you no longer want your PayPal account linked to our platform, you can either remove it from within your Dynadot account or through your PayPal account.

To unlink your PayPal account from within Dynadot, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "Payments" in the left-side menu.
  3. Click on the "PayPal Account" option in the Payment Center.
  4. Find the PayPal account you wish to remove and click on the "Manage Use" button.
  5. Click on the "Delete" button.

To cancel through your PayPal account, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to "Settings" and then "Payments".
  3. Select "Automatic Payments" and click on the "Cancel" button.

NOTE: Your PayPal account must not be connected to any auto-renew settings before it can be disconnected.
