How to create users and associate them with your hosted emails?

To create a new user for your Email plan, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Emails" from the left-side menu bar.
  3. Click on the "Sign In" link. A new page should load in a new browser window.
  4. On the Mailboxes section, located in the upper right corner of this section, click the Users icon.
  5. Click "Create New User" on the top right corner.
    • Free email plan: 2 users (one root user by default)
    • Pro email plan: unlimited users (one root user by default)
  6. Enter the Username, Password and Name.
  7. Then select the Personal Email for the user. (Note: The Personal Email could also be used for the Dynamail app. It cannot be modified once it is set up.)
  8. You can also set access permissions to other mailboxes for the user by clicking on "Add Mailbox" under "Mailbox Permissions" section.
    • Free email plan: one email address only
    • Pro email plan: unlimited email addresses
  9. Press the "Create New User" button to save your changes.
Once created, the new user can sign in with the username and password using the signin link shown at the top of the page.
