  • How do I edit an order I have not checked out yet?

    When you add something to your shopping cart, it should appear briefly in the upper right corner of our website. You can edit your order from within our shopping cart. To edit your order, please follow these steps: Click on the Shopping Cart in the upper right-hand corner of our website and then click on the "View Cart" button. If you want to remove/save ALL items from your shopping cart, click on "Edit Cart" at the top to see the options. If you want to remove something from your cart, you can simply click on the trash icon next to the item you want to remove. Many of our products have multiple options that you can select using a drop down. Examples are the number of years to register or renew your domain. When you are done editing your order, click the "Checkout" button to submit your order.

  • Can I pay for multiple orders at once?

    Yes, you can pay for multiple orders at the same time using our batch payment feature. This allows you to combine multiple unpaid orders into a single transaction for faster and easier checkout. Please note that batch payments can only be made using your Dynadot account balance, so make sure you have enough funds available before proceeding. To complete a batch payment, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Go to the "Open Orders" section on your Summary page. Use the checkboxes next to the unpaid orders you'd like to pay for. Click the "Action" button, then choose "Batch Payment" from the drop-down. Review the total amount and click "Apply Balance" to complete the payment.

  • How do I pay with iDEAL?

    We're excited to announce we recently launched a new payment option, iDEAL, which is an online payment method that allows consumers to pay via their own bank. To submit your iDEAL order, please follow these steps: Sign in your Dynadot account. Ensure that your currency is set to EUR (Euros) Submit your order from our platform and select "iDEAL" as your payment method. On the next page, you will see a link that you can copy or just click on the "here" button above it, both will take you to iDEAL where you will need to log in to your bank account and send us the payment. NOTE: In most cases, the payment is credited instantly but it can sometimes take 1 business day for the order to be processed.See all our payment options.

  • How do I pay with Crypto?

    Exciting news! We now support cryptocurrency payments through BTCPay, BitPay and Coinbase Commerce! To submit your order in Crypto, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Add the item(s) to your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. On the Payment page, select "Crypto" as the payment option and Submit Order. You will be redirected to choose a payment processor of BitPay, BTCPay Server, or Coinbase Commerce. Follow the on-screen prompts from your selected processor to complete your crypto transaction. Crypto payments typically require up to 2 hours to confirm on the blockchain, but may sometimes take longer. Your order will begin processing after confirmation. NOTE: BitPay has a minimum order amount of $1.00 USD and a maximum of $100,000.00 USD. Other processors have no maximum limit. BTCPay only accept Bitcoin. Payment invoice is valid for 15 minutes. Refunds for crypto payments are only given in Dynadot credit, which can be used to pay for future orders. See our Refund Policy for more information on eligible Services.   • How do I pay with Mercado Pago?

    We're excited to announce we recently launched a new payment option, Mercado Pago for BRL (Brazilian Real) payment. To submit your Mercado Pago order, please follow these steps: Sign in your Dynadot account. Ensure that your currency is set to BRL. Submit your order from our platform and select "Mercado Pago" as your payment method. On the next page, you will see a button to copy the link or just click on the "here" button, both will take you to Mercado Pago where you will need to log in to your account and send us the payment. NOTE: In most cases, the payment is credited instantly but it can sometimes take 1-5 business days for the order to be processed. See all our payment options.
