Dynadot Help

To set up your email with your Email plan in Microsoft Outlook, please follow these steps:

1. Retrieve your POP3, SMTP and/or IMAP settings
2. Open Outlook and enter your email address. Then click Continue button to proceed to the configuration page.
3. Click "Sign in", you'll land on the IMAP configuration by default. Enable the "Show Advanced Settings" toggle.
   • If you prefer to use POP instead of IMAP, click "Not IMAP?" in the upper-right corner and select POP.
4. In the Advanced Settings section, check the following details:
   • Email Address (your email address)
   • IMAP / POP and SMTP username (your email address)
   • Incoming Server (IMAP or POP):
     • IMAP Server: webhost.dynadot.com | Port: 993 | Use SSL to connect (recommended)
     • POP Server: webhost.dynadot.com | Port: 995 | Use SSL to connect (recommended)
   • Outgoing Server (SMTP):
     • SMTP Server: webhost.dynadot.com | Port: 587 | StartTLS
5. Manually input the password (password could be obtained from step 1):
   • IMAP / POP password
   • SMTP password
6. Hit the "Add Account" button to complete the configuration.

Note: If you already have Outlook set up with another email address, please click "➕" icon in the top lefthand corner of the app and click "Add Email Account" before proceeding with the steps above.
