What is an expired auction?

When a domain is not renewed by the registrant, it is auctioned off. The highest bidder for the domain may then receive the domain in their Dynadot account.

What is a backorder auction?

When a domain in our drop catch receives more than one backorder request, it is sent to auction. This auction will be open to the public and will last 7-10 days.

How long does the referral cookie last?

When a unique customer clicks on your affiliate link, the cookie will last for 30 days. All the auctions successfully won by this unique customer within the 30-day period will be commissionable. After the 30-day period, the customer will no longer generate a commission to the referral source.

How do I monitor my commissions?

There is an affiliate dashboard within your account where you can track your referral hits, clicks, and commissions.

How often are the payouts?

You can manually request a payout through your affiliate dashboard with no minimum value.
