i can't put my site online.I only have a html file and some pictures.why is this?

It appears that you have not set your name servers correctly to use your web hosting plan with us. Please follow these steps in our FAQ to set your name servers properly:

My domain was registered by Dynadot, and I also use your web hosting plan. How do I set my domain's name server settings to use my Dynadot web hosting plan?

Heya,

Ah, I've finally found out how to dig up my authorisation code from my other registrar. And I'm happy to say that I'll be hosting yet another website with you.

Only thing is, how long does it take to have my domain transfered to Dynadot?

Once the transfer is authorized, it can take up to 6 days for the transfer to complete.
